Service Description:

The complete Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL), metadata, and data descriptions are available from FEMA's website. Fields included in this dataset are: DFIRM_ID - Study identifier, VERSION_ID - Product version, FLD_AR_ID - Unique flood area, ID FLD_ZONE - Flood zone designation, A, AE, AH, AO, VE, are areas with a 1% annual chance of flood, AE are floodways, D are undetermined, X are areas with a 0.2% percent chance. ZONE_SUBTY - Zone subtype, contains information on designation and may contain information on specific subtype. SFHA_TF - Special Flood Hazard Area , T if zone is A or V, false otherwise. SOURCE_CIT - Source citation.
